Question 684247: How do I do this problem? 6t-11t+1=-24
Answer by ReadingBoosters(3246) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
group the t variables on one side alone
6t - 11t + 1 - 1 = -24 - 1
6t - 11t = -25
Subtract the t coefficients(6 and 11)
-5t = -25
Divide both sides by -5
t = 5
