My Problem is 19h - 7 = 23 + 14h
19h-14h-7=23+14h-14h
5h-7=23
5h-7+7=23+7
5h=30
5h/5=30/5

Check by letting h=6 and see if the sides of the equation equal.
19(6)-7=23+14(6)
114-7=23+84
107=107 We're right!!!
