Answer by ReadingBoosters(3246)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
7(c-7)+4c=-2(c+5)
Distribute the 7 and the -2
7c - 49 + 4c = -2c - 10
Group like terms
7c + 4c + 2c = -10 + 49
13c = 39
