%28p%2Bq%29%5E2+%2B+5%28p%2Bq%29 The common factor in each term is (p+q) so this can be factored:
%28p%2Bq%29%28%28p%2Bq%29%2B5%29 Simplify.
%28p%2Bq%29%28p%2Bq%2B5%29...and that's all there is to it!
