3d + 8 = 2d - 7
3d - 2d + 8 = - 7 ----- Subtracting 2d to make it 0 on right side, and also subtracting it on left-side
3d - 2d = - 7 - 8 ----- Subtracting 8 to make it 0 on left side, and also subtracting it on right-side
