Multiply the second fraction by to get the fractions over a common denominator.
Simplify.
Simplify.
Factor 5 in the denominator.
Multiply both sides by 5.
Multiply both sides by (x+2)
Simplify.
Subtract 6x from both sides.
Subtract 14 from both sides.

Check: Substitute x = -29.
Simplify.
Multiply the second fraction by and drop the negative signs.
