[2/(a+4)(a-3)]-[4/(a+4)]
---------
lcd=(a+4)(a-3)
------------
=[2/lcd]-[4(a-3)/lcd]
--------
=[2-4a+12]/lcd
=[-4a+14]/(a+4)(a-3)
