Find the LCM of the denominators. In this case, 42 is the LCM.
Multiply every term by 42.

As you can see everything will no longer be a fraction since we made sure each denominator divides the number we multiplied (42) evenly.



To check plug 9/10 back in for x


Common Denominator : 210

TRUE
9/10 is most definitely our answer.
