WEll if something is cubed then it is multiplied by itself 3 times as so:
1 x 1 x 1 is
So in the above case you have:
(19 x 19 x 19) + (18 x 18 x 18) + (17 x 17 x 17) = 6859 + 5832 + 4913
(NOTE: the cubed numbers are solved before adding; the parentheses helped make this clearer.
so:
6859 + 5832 + 4913 = 17604
