The LCD is 10, we can eliminate the fractions by multiplying everything by 10.
10A/5=10A-10*3/2
2A=10A-5*3
2A=10A-15
2A-10A=10A-10A-15
-8A=-15
-8A/-8=-15/-8
A=15/8
