Question 56634: 3x-5(x-6)=2(10-x)
Answer by funmath(2933) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
3x-5(x-6)=2(10-x)
3x-5(x)-5(-6)=2(10)+2(-x)
3x-5x+30=20-2x
-2x+30=20-2x
2x-2x+30=20-2x+2x
30=20
We ran out of x's and 30 does not = 20, this equation has no solution, it is inconsistant.
Happy Calculating!!!
