LET SMALLER SIDE =X
OTHER SIDE =X+1
PERIMETER = 12
HENCE THIRD SIDE=HYPOTENUSE = 12-X-X-1=11-2X
SO
(11-2X)^2 = X^2+(X+1)^2=X^2+X^2+2X+1
121+4X^2-44X=2X^2+2X+1
2X^2-46X+120=0
X^2-23X+60=0
X^2-20X-3X+60=0
X(X-20)-3(X-20)=0
(X-3)(X-20)=0
X=3 SINCE 20 IS IMPOSSIBLE
HENCE THE SIDES ARE 3,3+1=4 AND 12-3-4=5
