If x is in the denominator of the fraction, this is how you do it:
The LCD (lowest common denominator) is 10x, multiply both sides of the = sign by 10x.









If this is what you meant, this is how you do it:
The LCD is 10 and the fractions can be eliminated by multiplying both sides of the = sign by 10.
