3[9-(6-3)]-10 OR 3[9-(3)]-10 OR 3[6]-10 OR 18-10 OR 8
THE RULE HERE IS TO REDUCE/COMBINE ALL THE NUMBERS WITH THE () AND THE THE NUMBERS WITHIN THE [] AND THEN AD OR SUBTRACT THE REMAINING NUMBERS.
