Question 507791: Make x the subject of 3x - 5y = y - mx
Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
3x - 5y = y - mx
3x = y - mx+ 5y
3x+mx = y + 5y
3x+mx =6y
x(3+m) = 6y
x = 6y/(3+m)
