How do I solve this problem

Substitute the values and add up the parts.
.
I assume (5x-y)3 means (5x-y) times 3.
(5*7 -(-1))*3 = 36*3
36*3 = 108
.
(6-(7*(-1))-6) = 6+7-6
6+7-6 = 7
.
108 -7 = 101
.
Note that 'z' was not listed as a variable in the problem.
