{9/(x+1)}/{(1/3-6/(x+1)}
[9/(x+1] / [(x+1-3)/3(x+1)]
=[9/(x+1] / [(x-2)/3(x+1)]
Invert the denominator and multiply to get:
=[9/(x+1)] * [3(x+1)/(x-2)]
Cancel the (x+1) factors and multiply to get:
=27/(x-2)
