= 190080*pi*1728 cubic inches
= 328458240*pi cubic inch

1 gallon =~ 231 cubic inches = 231/1728 cu ft
Vol = 190080*pi*1728/231 gallons
Vol =~ 4467022 gallons

Why do you need to know this?
We have a system at Charleston SC that has 36" pipes 2 miles long from the storage tanks to the harbor.
The volume in the pipes is called "line pack."
