Since x+15 = 19, x = 4
---
Then x^3-x^-2+9x^-1
= (4)^3-(4)^(-2) + 9(4)^-1
---
= 64 - (1/16) + 9(1/4)
---
= 64 - (1/16) + 9(4/16)
---
= 64 + 8(4/16)
---
= 64+ 2
---
= 66
