Ignore the negative. Type into your calculator . If you don't know which the radical () is, just look for it. If it's in yellow chances are you will have to press the '2nd' key first, and then the key which it resides above of. Check your calculator manual, or tell me your calculator type and I will send you a picture. Anyways, the key process is

Whatever you get, it should be about 7.#####, each # representing one digit. The hundreths place is the third digit from the decimal point. The decimal point is here red and the hundreths digit is blue. 7.#####. So you want to round to the blue number, or the second number away from the decimal point. If the thousandths place (7.##### is more than five, then when you round you add 1 to the hundreths place. Otherwise leave it alone.



Some examples of numbers rounded to the hundreths place:
7.625----->7.63
4.3333333----->4.33
5.999----->6.00
