This equation can't be solved. No matter what x equals, 3%5Ex will always be positive. The equation is never true.
You could try taking the natural log of both sides to obtain:
ln%283%5Ex%29=ln%28-6%29
However ln%28-6%29 doesn't exist. The equation doesn't hold.
