Thank you for your help with my home work question I am stuck on. I have this so far:
-17N-4=

(-17 * x ) - 4 = 3 + ( -9 * x)
=> -17x - 4 = 3 - 9x
=> -8x = 7
=> x = -7/8
number is : -7/8
