The key to doing this one is to realize that 2x-7 / 7-2x = -1
A surprising result but true...so that
1 / 2x-7 + 3 / 7-2x =
1 / 2x-7 - 3 / 2x-7 =
-2 / 2x-7 or
2 / 7-2x
