From x(3x + 22/5)= 1, we get
3x^2 + (22/5)x = 1
now multiply five and bring everything to the left...then factor...
15x^2 + 22x = 5
15x^2 + 22x - 5 = 0
(5x - 1)(3x + 5) = 0
so that
5x - 1 = 0 and 3x + 5 = 0
which leads to
x = 1/5 and x = -5/3
