If 8*(C-7)-3C=29, what is C?
1) change 8*(C-7)-3C=29 into 8C-8(7)-3C=29
2) change 8C-8(7)-3C=29 into (8C-3C)-56=29
3) change (8C-3C)-56=29 into 5C-56=29
4) change 5C-56=29 into 5C=29+56 which becomes 5C=85
5) divide 85 by 5 (85/5=17)
B=17
