You have information for a value equation and a Quantity Equation:
Value Equation::0.25p + 100*n = 2000 cents
Quantity Equation: p + n = 52 pieces

Multiply thru 1st by 100
Multiply thru 2nd by 25

25p + 10000n = 200000 cents
25p + 25n = 25*52
----
Subtract and solve for "n":
9975n = 198700
---
n = 19.919799

Note: That does not make any sense.
