Question 37491: Please solve and show all work. Thank you so much!!!
(a/4a +15) - 3 = -2

Answer by fractalier(6550)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
From a /(4a +15) - 3 = -2, we add three to both sides first...
a /(4a +15) = 1
The cross multiply giving us
a = 4a + 15
Now subtract 4a from both sides and get
-3a = 15
and divide by -3 to get
a = -5
