Y IS A FUNCTION OF X .WE GIVE DIFRFERENT VALUES TO X AND FIND CORRESPONDING VALUES OF Y.
HERE THERE IS NO X TERM ...Y=-3....THAT IS WHATEVER VALUE WE TAKE ,WE GET Y AS -3 ONLY.IT IS CALLED A CONSTANT FUNCTION.SO THE ORDERED PAIRS OR TABLE WOULD BE AS FOLLOWS
X..........Y..............ORDERED PAIR
0..........-3..............(0,-3)
1.........-3................(1,-3)
2.........-3................(2,-3)
......................................ETC...ETC..
100.......-3................(100,-3)...ETC...ETC..
SO WE GET A LINE PARALLEL TO X AXIS AT Y=-3 AS THE GRAPH OF THIS EQN.
