Type O blood: .4
Type A blood: 1/4 or (.25)
To find out the fractional number of blood neither A nor O you must first find out how much A+O is.
.25+.4 = .65 or (13/20) or 65%
so out of all of the blood at the bank 65% of the blood is type A or O.
So the remaining part of the percentage 35% or (7/20, in fractional form) is the other types of blood.
