Factor the second denominator in order to find the LCD, or in this case, to reduce the second fraction:

Divide out the factors of (t+2) in the second fraction:

Now combine the numerators together, and place over the LCD, which is (t-2):

Combine like terms:

It factors, but it does not reduce, so this last step is optional:
