Hello,
Let's have x represent the first angle. We know every triangle has 180 degrees so we can set up the following equation:
x + (5x) + (2x-4) = 180
Combine like terms to get:
8x-4=180
Add 4 to both sides and divide by 8 to get:
x=23 degrees
The second angle is 115 degrees.
Make sense?
