What is confussed? Is that a cross between confused and fussy? Sorry, just curious.
If you are truly getting confused with the signs, do it this way. Never subtract. Always add the opposite.

You need a lowest common denominator. 10 has factors of 2 and 5, so it looks like 10 is your LCD.
