NO. THE AREA OF A SQUARE IS SIDE SQUARED THEREFORE S~2=64 OR TAKING THE SQRT OF BOTH TERMS WE GET S=SQRT OF 64 WHICH IS S=8. OR 8X8=64.
THE PERIMETER OF A SQUARE IS 4 TIMES THE SIDE OR IN THIS CASE IT WOULD BE 4X8=32
