I have a prolem involving converting powers within an Equation:
As a result of a volcanic eruption, ash began to fall at a rate of:
(12 Kg) / (m^2 year)
Transform this quantity into: (g) / (mm^2 month)
Any help with steps and full working would be great.

..
12*1000 = 12000 grams
..
1 m^2 = 1000 mm * 1000 mm
1 year = 12 months
..
12000 / 1000000*12
=0.001g/mm^2 month
