1. h=2b+4, and A=(1/2)b.h
=(1/2)b(2b+4)=35
A is (b^2)+(4b)=70
2(b^2) + 4b -70 =0
=b^2 +2b -35 =0
(b+7)(b-5) = 0 so, b is -7 or 5 but -7 is not exist in
length so we chose b=5 only.
then, ur area 35 = (1/2)5.14 works.
