I'm going to assume you meant the product of two rational fractions.

Factor where you can:
(3(x-2))/(5(x-4))*(10(x-4))/(27(x-2))

Cancel factors common to a numerator and a denominator
such as 3,5,(x-4)(x-2) to get:
= (1)/(1(1))*(2(1))/(9(1))
----
= 2/9
==============
