Answer by checkley77(12844)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(2x^2+5x+15)/(2x+3)

x=(-5+-sqrt[5^2-4*2*15])/2*2
x=(-5+-sqrt[25-90])/4
x=(-5+-sqrt-65)/4
x=(-5+-8.06i)/4
x=-5/4 +-8.06i/4
x=-1.25 +-2.015i ans.
The numerator does not factor.
Thus there is no reduction of the fraction.
