Question 281323: factor completely
9(2x+y)^2-16z^2
I cannot what steps to figure this!!

Answer by mananth(16946)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
9(2x+y)^2-16z^2
put 2x+y=a
9a^2-16z^2
(3a+4z)(3a-4z) replace the value of a
[3(2x+y)+4z][3(2x+y)-4z]
(6x+3y+4z)(6x+3y-4z)
