(2m+12)/3=-1/2
2(2m+12=-1*3
4m+24=-3
4m=-3-24
4m=-27
m=-27/4 ans.
Proof:
2/3(-27/4+6)=-1/2
2/3(-27+24)/4=-1/2
2/3(-3/4)=-1/2
-6/12=-1/2
-1/2=-1/2
