Answer by ankor@dixie-net.com(22740) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
10 log^(x+2) = 4^2
Do you mean
10*log(x+2) = 4^2
then
10*log(x+2) = 16
:
log(x+2) =
log(x+2) = 1.6
Find the antilog () of both sides
x + 2 = 39.81
x = 39.81 - 2
x = 37.81
;
:
Check solution on a calc: enter 10*log(37.81+2) ans: ~ 16 which is 4^2
