the answer is 3.9 = x i didn't do the work on this one either. please help!i don't c how you can get to the answer although it's probabl so simple but that wouldn't suprise me i totally SUCK @ math well Cya

Multiply both sides by "10" to get rid of the decimal numbers.
117 + -20x = 10x
Now, add 20x to both sides of the equation to get:
117 = 30x
Divide both sides by "30" to get:
x = 115/30
