Question 243705: what is 12x - 4x = 108
Answer by richwmiller(17219) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
12x - 4x = 108
simplify
8x=108
let's say you don't know how to divide by 8
so divide both sides by 2
4x=54
divide again by 2
2x=27
and once more
x=13.5
