3x(5x-3)+2(5x-3)
(5x-3)(3x+2)

From the first two terms, take out a common factor of 5x; from the last two terms take out a common factor of -3:

15x^2 + 10x - 9x - 6
5x(3x + 2) - 3(3x +2)

This has a common factor of (3x+2)
(3x+2)(5x-3)
