distance = 66 km ; time = 110 min ; rate = d/t = 66/110 = 0.6 km/min

distance = 66 km ; time = 120 min ; rate = 66/120 = 0.55 km/min

Note: 34.5 km/hr = 0.575 km/min
Rate equations:
c + 0.575 = 0.6 where "c" is the rate of the current.
c = 0.025 km/min
OR
c = 60*0.025 km/hr = 1.5 km/hr
