y - 3 = -2x
y=-2x+3
0=-2x+3
-2x=-3
x=-3/-2
x=1.5 (1.5,0)
y=-2*0+3
y=3 (0,3)
Plot these 2 sets of points & draw the line through them.
(graph 300x200 pixels, x from -6 to 5, y from -10 to 10, -2x +3).
