RULE IS TO REMOVE FRACTIONS,TRANSFER ALL KOWNS TO ONE SIDE AND UNKNOWNS TO ANOTHER SIDE
MULTIPLY BY 5 THROUGHOUT
5*1/5(10A-15)=5(3-2A)
10A-15=5*3-5*2A
10A-15=15-10A
10A+10A=15+15=30
20A=30
A=30/20=3/2
