Factor where you can to get:
(2t-1)/(3t+1)+(3t-1)/(6(t+1)) = t/(t+1)

Multiply thru by 6(3t+1)(t+1) to get:

(2t-1)(6(t+1)) + (3t-1)(t+1) = t(6(3t+1)

Simplify:
6(2t^2+t-1) + 3t^2+2t-1 = 18t^2+6t

12t^2 + 6t - 6 + 3t^2+2t-1 = 18t^2+6t

15t^2 + 8t + 7 = 18t^2 + 6t
3t^2 - 2t - 7 = 0
