Question 200487: Hi guys, was hoping someone could help me with the following 2 similiar problems: For this first one I have to multiply the expression:
(2x-2)(x^2+5x-4)
If someone could show me how with steps that would be great.
The second problem is I have to simplify the following:
1/(x-2) + (5/x)
Info and steps on this one wwould also be greatly appreciated.

(2x-2)

2x^3+5x^2-8x-2x^2-10x+8
2x^3+3x^2-18x+8 ans.
1/(x-2) + (5/x)
(x+5[x-2])/x(x-2)
(x+5x-10)/x(x-2)
(6x-10)/x(x-2)
2(3x-5)/x(x-2) ans.
