Subtract. simplify if possible
(2-x)/(x-7)-(3x-4)/(7-x)
=(2-x)/(x-7) + (3x-4)/(x-7) ---- (x-7) is -(7-x)
=(2-x + 3x-4)/(x-7)
= (2x-2)/(x-7)
