Q- Has the slope 0 and y- intercept -1/2

Plot the y-intercept at (0,-1/2)
Draw a horizontal line thru that point.
You should see that it passes thru all the points where y = -1/2
That is the equation of the line: y = -1/2

In the form you want: 2y = -1
So, 0x+2y+1=0
